Congratulations to Dr. Leonard Foster for his contribution to the new review, "Recent advances in targeting the 'undruggable' proteins: from drug discovery to clinical trials", published in Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy. Conventional drug design strategies are often ineffective at interfering with "undruggable" proteins--a class of proteins that are characterized by large, complex structures.
