Dr. Lee received her Ph.D. from Simon Fraser University. Her area of expertise is in medical imaging and data analysis. Recently she has been actively working on retinal biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease, application of machine learning and big, multi-domain data to understand and predict diseases. If Dr. Lee could collaborate with other types of researchers, she would work with clinical researchers and computer scientists/mathematicians/statisticians because her research aims to bridge the gap between clinical needs/questions and computational methods.
Dr. Lee's hobbies are birdwatching, running, and solving crossword puzzles.
