Dr. Jacqueline Quandt PhD

(She, Her, Hers)

Faculty

Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine

Faculty of Medicine

Dr. Quandt received her PhD at UBC and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. Her areas of expertise are in neuropathology, neuroinflammation, neuroimmunology, antigen-specific tolerance, neurodegeneration, and multiple sclerosis. If she could collaborate with other researchers, she would work with bioengineers, chemists, and clinical researchers. Working with researchers in these disciplines would ensure that she is covering the bench to bedside translatability of her research team's work.

Dr. Quandt has a cat called Spirit, who chose her family out of a host of UBC families eager to call her their own.
