Dr. Akosua Kesewah Asare OD

Dr. Asare obtained her undergraduate degree in optometry from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science of Technology. Her areas of expertise are pediatric optometry, psychophysics, and functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI). Dr. Asare is actively working on using psychophysical and fMRI to study binocular visual functions in healthy and clinical populations. If she could collaborate with other researchers, they would be clinical researchers and bioengineers.

Dr. Asare loves to bike and standup paddle board.
